About the event
In this Contact Improvisation dayshop we will dive into and develop our innerstanding of Tensegrity. A sequence of solo and duet practices to dedicate our time to an upgraded knowing of being EMBODIED in our CORE. From this place we share our center with others through the ‘rolling point of contact’....the quintessential practice of contact improvisation.
