In every interaction, there is a silent negotiation of power. The predator/prey dynamic is an ancient, instinctual dance—one of pursuit and surrender, dominance and yielding, awareness and response. These energies are neither good nor bad; they simply are. When unconscious, they drive our patterns, shaping how we move through the world. When mastered, they become tools for precision, power, and presence.
HUNT & HALT is an immersive workshop designed to help you:
Recognize when you're locked in unconscious cycles of pursuit or avoidance.
Interrupt patterns that no longer serve you.
Refine your ability to set strong, embodied boundaries.
Play with power consciously—learning when to engage, when to release, and when to stand still.
